MANAGEMENT STAFF

Our company is duly registered as a Primary Mortgage Bank and the management staffs are seasoned Nigerian professionals with several years of practical experience in mortgage creations and underwriting, financial management and consulting; and real estate practice.​

EBILATE MAC-YOROKI, FCS, ANIM, MBA

MD/CEO

Mr. Ebilate Mac-Yoroki holds a B.Sc in Accountancy from the University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt (1984); and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management (2000) from Ogun State University. He is an accomplished stockbroker and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers (FCS). He is also an Associate Member Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM).  He started his career with Akinola Akintunde & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants (1985 – 1988); where he moved to Wintrust Limited, Lagos – Member of Nigerian Stock Exchange – (1988 – 1991) as Director, Corporate Finance. He is a founding Board member of City-Code Trust & Investment Company Limited and as well sits on the board of other companies including The Nigerian Stock Exchange a self-Regulatory organization in the Nigerian Capital Market. ​

Mr. Ebilate Mac-Yoroki was appointed as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of CityCode Saving & Loans in the year 2014. The Bank under his watch has transformed into a global brand.

Executive  Director

Mrs. Cecilia Omobola Egharevba holds a B.A and M.Sc in Rural Economic and Cooperation from AGRA University, India in 1987, and 1989 respectively. After her youth service, she commenced her career with Lagos State Cooperative Finance and Investment Limited where she has a brief stay between 1991 and 1992). She joined City-Code Trust and Investment Co. Limited in 1992 as a Manager, Corporate Finance. At City-code Trust and Investment Co. Limited, she acquired vast experience in the operation of both money and capital market and rose to the position of Executive Director in the company. She was distinguished by her magnanimity and managerial skills which earned her an appointment as the Board member in the capacity of Executive Director of CityCode Mortgage Bank Limited in 2005.

OLUNIYI ABIODUN AJAO, HND, FCA

General Manager

​Mr. Oluniyi Abiodun Ajao studied Accountancy at the Polytechnic Ibadan (1998). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) 2000. He gathered considerable practical banking experience while working for United Bank for Africa Plc as Operation Support staff under Industrial Attaché Scheme. He joined City-Code Trust and Investment Co. Limited as a branch Accountant in 2000 and rose through the ranks to become the Group Accountant; the position he held until his secondment to CityCode Mortgage Bank Ltd in 2010 as the Deputy General Manager, Internal Audit. He is a seasoned and highly dynamic professional who has carved a niche for himself in several areas of endeavors and currently holds the position of General Manager, Internal Processes, and Quality Control in the Bank.

EMMANUEL OBIAJULU ODUKWE, BSC

GM, Mortgage Banking

Mr. Emmanuel Obiajulu Odukwe holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Surveying from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the prestigious Lagos Business School, (LBS) Victoria Island, Lagos. He has over 12 years of banking experience which span across Mortgage creation and underwriting, Retail banking, Consumer banking, Credit analysis, and Real Estate Development.  ​

Mr. Odukwe started his mortgage banking career with Finacorp Building Society (now Bank PHB Mortgages), where he rose to the position of Assistant Manager before joining Spring Mortgage Plc as the head of Mortgage and Real Estate development.   After successful years at Spring Mortgage Bank, he joined UBA Plc as a Mortgage Analyst and rose to become a Branch Manager. Mr. Emmanuel Odukwe is versatile in mortgage and real estate trends, as well as industry-focused economic analysis and currently General Manager in the Bank. 

TUBOLAYEFA N. GEORGE (ACA)

Financial Controller

Mr. Tubolayefa Napoleon George holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Accountancy from Rivers State University of Science & Technology (2001). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He started his career as an Audit Trainee with Ofo Odo & Co Chartered Accountants in Port Harcourt in 2003 where he moved on to F. Akinlade & Co. Chartered Accountants, in 2006 to hold the position as Audit Manager. After acquiring considerable audit experience, Mr. George moves on to join First Marine & Engineering Services Limited in 2008 as the Finance Manager where he worked until 2017 before assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer in CityCode Saving & Loans.  He is a good team player, adaptive and has brought his wealth of experience to bear on the Bank’s operations since his assumption of office.​

SEGUN OLAWALE ALAGBE, HND, ANIM 

Business Development Manager

Mr. Segun Olawale Alagbe holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Polytechinic, Ibadan (2004). He is a Graduate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), NIM (2007), and also obtained a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Institute (2006). Mr. Alagbe joined CityCode Mortgage Bank Ltd in 2007 as an Accountant and held the position of Head Compliance. Mr. Alagbe is currently the Business Development Manager in the Bank. 

AMAEBI YOROKI, HND 
Manager, IT

Mr. Amaebi Yoroki has a Diploma in Computer Studies from Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education(1998). He also holds Advance Diploma in Information Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife (2001), and Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering from British Technical Education (2006). Mr. Yoroki is a seasoned Information Technology expert and he also obtained APTECH Diploma in Information Systems Management in 2007. ​

He joined CityCode Saving & Loans in 2005 and currently the Head, Information Technology Deapartment of the Bank.

JULIE MAC-YOROKI, LLB,B.L 
Company Secretary

Barrister Julie Mac-Yoroki (Mrs.) holds an LL.B Hons degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and earned her Bachelor of Law (BL) at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.  Barrister Julie Mac-Yoroki is a lawyer of repute with over 14 years of experience. She commenced her career as a lawyer with T.A.G Ivory & Co. (2002) and later moved to Segun Demuren & Co. between 2005 -2007.  After acquiring considerable practice experience, Barrister Julie Mac-Yoroki established her own firm Julie Mac-Yoroki & Co. in 2007, where she has been practicing until her appointment as Senior Manager, Corporate Services in CityCode Mortgage Bank Limited. She is a member of several professional bodies including Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
